For the past 12 years, Della has led national, regional and international campaigns for a range of clients across the consumer, corporate, financial and not-for-profit sectors.

With extensive experience developing and implementing communications strategies that deliver against a wide variety of client objectives, Della brings together a passion for issues-based communications with a desire to ensure campaigns are commercially viable and directly impact our clients’ unique requirements and operational objectives.

Married with three children of school age (one of whom has Special Education Needs), Della experiences first-hand the impact education and not-for-profit organisations have on children and young people today. This insight drives Della’s determination to ensure that our clients’ work is appropriately recognised.

Laura Smith

Laura is a seasoned PR and communications specialist with over 12 years experience leading strategic communications and PR campaigns within the special educational needs and disability (SEND) and education fields.

Laura’s specialist areas include issues-based campaign planning and implementation, media relations, stakeholder and community relations, events management and SLCN (speech, language and communication needs).

Laura is the sibling of Katie, aged 30, who is autistic and non-verbal and is an active supporter of charities and organisations in the speech, language and community field including I CAN, The Communication Trust and Sibs – the charity that supports brothers and sisters of disabled people.

Lisa Church

Lisa has been working in PR for the past 10 years, both in-house for Lego and Stage Entertainment and within two agencies, where she worked on national and regional projects for Sainsbury’s, Costa, AXA, Vodafone, and the National Lottery.

Prior to this, Lisa was an events manager within the hotel industry and studied PR at Bournemouth University.

Lisa specialises in media and campaign implementation and event management across the team’s broad client base. She is married and has a son in primary school.

Jessica Bull

Jessica has been leading and delivering creative and ambitious PR strategies and campaigns for more than eight years.

She graduated from the University of East Anglia with a degree in English Literature before going on to specialise in education and charity PR, with previous in-house and managerial roles at the likes of leading charity, the National Children’s Bureau, the University of London and school-membership organisation, The Key.

Jessica excels in all things creative and ensures every element of a campaign, from copy to digital assets, is as impactful as possible. She travelled and resided in Australasia for just under two years, and now lives on the English coast
